2.2 Kidichic chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of a notice published in the Company's stores and/or on the Company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or argument and/or demand against Kidichic chain and/or anyone on its behalf regarding this shall be heard and/or accepted.
3. Promotion Details
20% discount off the consumer price when purchasing 2 items or more
And then an extra 30% discount on the remaining balance for FINE CLUB members and new registrants
On participating items, limited stock of approximately 50,000 participating items. The promotion is valid at Kidichic, Melanz', and Kidishoes branches.
4. Promotion Terms
4.1 Kidichic chain reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and subject to law, without prejudice to or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
4.2 The promotion is valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
4.3 The promotion is on the full price (consumer price) of the products, without combining promotions and without additional benefits/discounts.
4.4 Products/categories not participating in the promotion: multi-seasonal collection. basic collection. accessories. clearance. and selected items from the summer collection.
4.5 Subject to the club regulations: redemption of club benefits is conditional on presenting identification, including the extra 30% discount for club members.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
5.2 These regulations embody all rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between these regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or undertaking made, if made, whether in writing or orally by Kidichic network or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other advertisement, in writing or orally, in any medium, the provisions of these regulations alone shall prevail.
5.3 For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Kidichic network and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by oral or written statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations of Kidichic network employees and/or anyone else on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustrative material, but only by what is expressly stated in these regulations.
5.4 Kidichic network reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part(s) thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.
5.5 Participation in the promotion is the sole responsibility of the participant.
5.6 For exchanges/cancellations and/or returns of products purchased as part of the promotion, the customer will not be given the promotion again after the end of the promotion period, and the transaction will be recalculated.

1. Introduction

1.2 The use of the masculine form in these regulations is for convenience only and refers to all genders.

1.4 These regulations shall apply in addition to the Company's terms of use and privacy policy.
1.5 Participation in the promotion constitutes full agreement to all provisions of these regulations.

2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion will take place from June 7, 2026
until June 28, 2026, or until supplies last, whichever comes first.

3. Promotion Details
3.1 As part of the promotion, selected items will be offered for sale at special prices, as marked in the stores.
3.2 Among the categories participating in the promotion:
·Shabbat dresses – starting from NIS 69.90.
·Fashion dresses – starting from NIS 39.90.
·Pajamas – starting from NIS 24.90.
·Drill pants – starting from NIS 24.90.
3.3 The published prices are "starting from" prices and refer to selected items only within each category.
3.4 The binding price is the price displayed on the item, at the cash register, or on the store signage, as applicable.
3.5 The variety of models, prices, sizes, colors and items participating in the promotion may vary between branches.
3.6 The stock of items participating in the promotion is limited and may vary between branches.
4. Promotion Terms
4.1 The promotion applies only to items marked as participating in the promotion.
4.2 The promotion is valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
4.3 No multiple promotions, discounts, coupons, club benefits or other benefits apply, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.
4.4 The Company may determine that certain items, brands, collections or categories will not participate in the promotion.
4.5 The Company may update the variety of items participating in the promotion during the promotion period.
4.6 The promotion will take place only in Pastel Blue branches.
4.7 In case of a clerical error, typographical error, advertising error, good faith error, or technical malfunction that affected the price of a product, the Company shall be entitled to correct the error, and the binding price shall be the correct price as displayed at the cash register.
5. Exchanges, Cancellations, and Returns
5.1 Exchanges, cancellations, and returns of products purchased as part of the promotion will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, its regulations, and the Company's policy as it may be from time to time.
5.2 In case of returning part of the items of a transaction purchased as part of the promotion, the Company shall be entitled to recalculate the terms of the transaction according to
the items remaining with the customer.
5.3 The customer will not retain the right to enjoy the promotion prices after its termination.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
